Bug#1111745: xfce4-power-manager: OS refuses to immediately hibernate on a power button press

Package: xfce4-power-manager
Version: 4.20.0-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?

The problem has started to occur after upgrade to Debian 13.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

In my Xfce Power Manager settings I have "When power button is pressed:" option set to "Hibernate". I pressed a power button with expectation that my system will proceed with hibernation as it was doing on Debian 12. However, now on a power button press, a pop-up dialog is shown with the following text instead:
"An application is currently disabling the automatic sleep. Doing this action now may damage the working state of this application. Are you sure you want to hibernate the system?"

   * What was the outcome of this action?

For hibernation to take place, the user has to press "Yes".

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

I would expect that the dialog is not shown and system hibernates
immediately. This behavior looks like a bug due to two reasons:
	 1. When I press hibernate option in a Whisker menu, the dialog is not shown and
	 system hibernates right away.
	 2. The hibernation preserves the state of RAM to a disk, which
actually prevents a damage that might occur when the power is
turned off accidentally, so this message doesn't make sense.
