Bug#1099775: xfce4-power-manager-plugins: To change brightness, you need to install "pkexec"

functionally of the package.

I can confirm the issue. It would be nice if we could have this fix in
trixie, seems like a simple "Recommends: pkexec" or "Depends: ..." would
fix this.
I only tested it by installing "pkexec" manually.
