Dear Maintainer,

Due to changes in the the weather api used by this plugin the package is
completely broken and no longer works. This has been fixed upstream in version
0.11.3 [1]. There's also a specific patch in the git repository [2]. The
developer of the project has also posted a mailing list message asking
maintainers to update to 0.11.3 as soon as possible [3].
