Bug#878880: marked as done (xfce4-panel: Xfce goes into kiosk mode after editing "icons, positions of itens and etc." and reboot or logout. At the next login, the panel will be in kiosk mode,it without the file config needed to it goes into mode. Popup are invoked infinitly showing that is kiosk mode active.
