How to deal with solved bug #982815?

Dear maintainer,

You've marked this bug as fixed and I don't understand how to get the
fixed package.

It's not available via stable, updates and backports repositories:

root@pc14:~# apt-cache policy xfce4-taskmanager
xfce4-taskmanager:
  Installed: 1.4.0-1
  Candidate: 1.4.0-1
  Version table:
 *** 1.4.0-1 500
        500 http://ftp.uni-stuttgart.de/debian bullseye/main amd64
Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Installing from testing is not an option since dependencies are not
met:

root@pc14:~# dpkg -i xfce4-taskmanager_1.5.5-1_amd64.deb
(Reading database ... 229649 files and directories currently installed.)
Preparing to unpack xfce4-taskmanager_1.5.5-1_amd64.deb ...
Unpacking xfce4-taskmanager (1.5.5-1) over (1.4.0-1) ...
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of xfce4-taskmanager:
 xfce4-taskmanager depends on libc6 (>= 2.34); however:
  Version of libc6:amd64 on system is 2.31-13+deb11u5.
 xfce4-taskmanager depends on libxmu6 (>= 2:1.1.3); however:
  Version of libxmu6:amd64 on system is 2:1.1.2-2+b3.

Where can I get 1.5.2-1 (or any suitable version)?

TIA,
Roland
