Upcoming release of Xfce 4.16

Hi release team,
the upstream Xfce project is about to release the 4.16 version of their
desktop environment. We packaged the various pre-releases in experimental and
they're mostly ready to be uploaded to unstable.
I wanted to give you a status update, because even though this time there is
no formal transition that I can see, it's still a large update.
Also, two sources packages (libxfce4ui and xfce4-panel) have dropped their
GTK-2 library variants (libxfce4ui-1 in libxfce4ui-1-0 binary package, and
libxfce4panel-1 in xfce4-panel binary package).
We'll have to drop some package maintained by the team (orage #977628, xfce4-
notes not yet filed), and there is one external package which will need to be
ported or more likely removed since it's seem unmaintained upstream (xfce4-
equake-plugin, #977626).
