Bug#829696: Info received (Bug#829696: Acknowledgement (xfce4-panel: Panel displayed in wrong position on startup))

In case it helps illustrate, attached are two screenshots

panel-at-startup-1.png is immediately after login, showing the two
panels as they started up. They are in the wrong place.

Right-clicking on each and hitting "Panel Preferences" is enough to jog
them back into the right position. Note I don't have to *change* any of
the preferences, simply opening the preferences dialog alone is enough
to correct them.

panel-at-startup-2.png shows them in their now-correct places.
