Bug#941310: xfce4: Some buttons do not work in XFCE4 with a touchscreen

Hello,

When using a touchscreen clicking on any button in the logout screen only
selects that button, nothing is executed.
Likewise touching a tab in Firefox has no effect.

Gnome is not affected by this problem.
