Dear Maintainer,
Have a testing (buster) installation here on a separate 120 GB SSD and in a
vbox running.
On both installations "use as wallpaper" not working. No message.
Found a workaround here https://forum.xfce.org/viewtopic.php?id=12322
If that analysis there it correct and as fdesktop4 4.13 is not coming soon,
might be the best solution to remove "thunar-wallpaper-plugin.so" from thunar
package.
