I'm unsure how other tools handle that, but it really depends on the keymap
you're using. On a US qwerty `+` is `Shift =` but it's not the case everywhere
. Also, I don't have a numpad but I'm unsure how it behaves with the numeric
'+'.
All in all, I don't think there's a bug here.
