xfce4-notifyd logging

Hi,
i found a bug in the logging of xfce4-notifyd:
I've got:
Log notifications -> Always
Log application -> All
but the notifications of application like nm-applet (NetworkManager gtk applet)
and xfce4-power-manager are not logged.

Note that  with notify-send the notifications are every logged.
