Hi listmasters,

planning for the future removal of alioth, I'd like to migrate the
pkg-xfce-devel at lists.alioth.debian.org mailing list to lists.debian.org.

The current alioth list is the discussion list and the maintainer
address for the various packages maintained under the pkg-xfce umbrella.

It serves for coordination as well as bug triaging.
