[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#862454: xfce4-panel: Xfce4-panel prompts for start on every login

Hello


When I login on the computer I get the message that the Xfce4-panel is not
started and I am asked if I would like to start the panel now.

This problem occurs every time I log into XFCE4 on a very new installation
of Debian GNU/Linux (via a Debian installation CD).
