[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#822069: mousepad: CPU/disk usage may reflect extensive GLib/GTK* errors

Package: mousepad
Version: 0.4.0-3
Followup-For: Bug #822069

Dear Maintainer,

Hi again! Did not occur to me to look at ~/.xsession-errors one more time before submitting my own observations regarding these combined Mousepad bugs. That file, ~/.xsession-errors, was already in the 3,300,000 lines range by the time I submitted my report to you all.

THEN I noticed that file was actively growing there in Thunar even as I sat there staring at its size (~200 MB). It was ticking upward a tenth (1/10th) of a megabyte every few seconds as I sat there watching.

As noted in one or more of the related bugs, I had multiple windows open so I started closing them down. It was still ticking which caused me to notice I still had one more extra window open. The errors stopped replicating *the* second that last extra window was closed. The original single window is still open, but all is now quiet on the Mousepad front. :)

Thank you again *so much*. Hope this was able to help somehow.

Peace and best wishes from Talking Rock, Georgia!

Cindy (Sue) :)
