Note that this fixes the behavior for installation from scratch, but
not the documentation in this file (as comments). If the user attempts
to modify the configuration by setting show-indicators and show-clock
as documented, he may be confused by the behavior. Ditto for upgrades,
where the diff of the config file doesn't show the change of the
behavior, in case the user wants to keep his configuration.
