[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#781861: xfce4-whiskermenu-plugin: Wrong dependencies' version

Dear Maintainer,

On i386 architecture, package depends on xfce4-panel << 4.11 but the
dependency should be << 4.13 as it is on x86_64.

I've tried forcing the installation by changing the dependency, editing
control file, and the plugin works properly with the newer version of
xfce4-panel 4.12.
