As much as I could test it, the problem didn't arose again with:

thunar 1.6.3-1

and with those plugins:

thunar-archive-plugin 0.3.1-2
thunar-media-tags-plugin 0.2.1-1
thunar-vcs-plugin 0.1.4-2
thunar-volman 0.8.0-2

And as I could have read it, I guess the guilty was thunar-vcs-plugin.
