[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#688675: Please depend on vnc4server

VNC server option depend on Xvnc binary. But Xvnc does not seem to be installed
during lightdm installation. Xvnc binary located in vnc4server package. So
adding this dependency could save people some time.
I had this warning in lightdm.log (until I installed vnc4server):
