This is a question for pkg-xfce-devel mailing list, please try to not
use private mail when possible,
There's one issue with 4.8/4.10 migration where a lot of plugins need to
be at least rebuilt and sometime fixed to work with 4.10 panel.
Besides that, we're too near from the freeze to push a new major release
of a complete desktop environment. 4.10 is not targeted to Wheezy so
it'll be uploaded to unstable after the freeze.
