[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#654468: removal

For what it's worth, this bug made gigolo appear on
http://release.debian.org/~nthykier/rc-buggy-leaf-pkgs-dd-list-2012-01-25

I disagree about the RC-ness of that bug but I won't fight against
ftpmasters on this, so that means gigolo won't be part of the next
Debian release.
