I have two input languages - russian and english. Mousepad freezes
appear on both of them only when ibus-daemon running. It hasn't to be
selected or activated, having it running is enough.
But when I manually kill ibus-daemon, freezes are gone. They back when
I manually run `ibus-daemon'
One more thing. When mousepad freezes it can be stopped by switching
to another window and back.

Installed and ran just now. Leafpad works well on every combination of
input method and input languages.
