It'd be nice to confirm it but yeah, I guess it's xfce4-session. Can you
try to see if it's crashing or terminating properly?

Afair, dbus isn't even supposed to be restartable. I think there was
some way to not crash completely when the dbus session bus is gone, not
sure if it's used there, I'll try to check.
