I disagree. If you want xfpm to lock the screen, you have to make sure
it can do it, by installing and running a screen locker (which can by
xscreensaver, but also gnome-screensaver, kdescreensaver, xlockmore,
whatever). The warning could be a good idea when the user ticks the
checkbox though.
