[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#466554: Suggest autotools

Hi,

On a fresh machine, installing xfce4-dev-tools which provides the
script xdt-autogen, results in successive messages "tool foo is
missing" and then "tool bar is missing", etc.

I ask here to add the 4 next packages to Suggest:
autoconf, automake, intltool, libtool
