There is currently no gtk event to warn clients that screen size
changed. So xfce4-panel can't know that. When gtk will support that,
there will be room for improvement in xfce4-panel, but currently there's
not much do to, just wait.
Not reassigning to gtk because I guess it'll need some modification to
xfce4-panel too.
