Bug#372822: [Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#372822: xfce4: xfce needs a "preferred applications" setting

"right-click on desktop -> xfce -> settings -> preferred applications"
launches exo-preffered-applications, which does as your users desire.
however, i am suggesting that this be added to the "settings manager,"
where it is more easily available, obvious, and useful.  thanks.
