Apart from correcting this at your earliest convenience, could you
please advise what is the right way to setup Xfce?  I want it to
be default for one user only (not system-wide).

I found this from an older machine of mine:

| /usr/bin/xfce-mcs-manager
| /usr/bin/xfwm4 --daemon
| /usr/bin/xftaskbar4 &
| /usr/bin/xfdesktop &
| exec /usr/bin/xfce4-panel

Is this the Right Thing?  TIA.
