Hello

Is there a reason why xfce4-util is built with sysconfdir=/etc/X11 while the
rest are with /etc
This makes xinitrc be put under /etc/X11/xdg and the rest of the xfce
packages put files under
/etc/xdg. Everithing works though, it is just slightly inconsistent

But another related thing which is a bug is that libxfce4util-1 omits to
specify sysoconfdir so it becomes
/usr/etc. It can confuse those who set up kioskrcs or other file under
/etc/xdg and those are ignored.

I have changed this in the ubuntu packages.
