This shouldn't start with "A" but rather "task" (given the above
guidelines). I wonder if this wants "GUI" in it too?

Not sure what you mean by "finished" and "proceed" on this last line.
I think you probably want to put "* Send KILL, TERM, STOP or CONT
signals" instead.
What's your alioth account?
Have you looked at our SVN at all? You'll want to just upload the
debian/ dir and then use svn-buildpackage.
