[Pkg-xfce-devel] Build-depends discrepancies between Debian and Ubuntu Xfce packages

xorg is only newly in Debian and I haven't really been following its
progress wrt building on all archs etc.

We will need to update our build deps to cope with it at some point but
at the moment we're still using xfree86 bits.
