[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#321364: Please package xfce4-taskbar-plugin

Just a small request for a proper packaged verison of xfce4-taskbar-plugin.  
To avoid confusion, this is the plugin that provides a taskbar in the 
*panel*, not the "regular" taskbar we all know and love that running 
xftaskbar4 provides.
