Bug#1119999: xserver-xorg-core 2:21.1.16-1.3+deb13u1 and/or assoc. pkgs make libreoffice not work

Package: xserver-xorg-core
Hi!
I understand these pkgs are security releases.
However, some of these packages that are new in stable make my libreoffice unusable:
ii xserver-xorg-core 2:21.1.16-1.3+deb13u1 amd64 Xorg X server - core server
ii xserver-xorg-legacy 2:21.1.16-1.3+deb13u1 amd64 setuid root Xorg server wrapper
ii xserver-common 2:21.1.16-1.3+deb13u1 all common files used by various X servers
ii openjdk-21-jre-headless:amd64 21.0.9+10-1~deb13u1 amd64 OpenJDK Java runtime, using >
ii openjdk-21-jre:amd64 21.0.9+10-1~deb13u1 amd64 OpenJDK Java runtime, using Hotspot J>
ii bind9-libs:amd64 1:9.20.15-1~deb13u1 amd64 Shared Libraries used by BIND 9
ii bind9-dnsutils 1:9.20.15-1~deb13u1 amd64 Clients provided with BIND 9
ii bind9-host 1:9.20.15-1~deb13u1 amd64 DNS Lookup Utility

All freshly installed.

The libreoffice is:
ii libreoffice 4:25.2.3-2+deb13u2 amd64 office productivity suite (metapackage)

After downgrading the above packages (and not touching libreoffice), and a restart, all works as before:
The downgrade was performed with dpkg command, and installing from cash:
/var/cache/apt/archives/bind9-dnsutils_1%3a9.20.11-4_amd64.deb
/var/cache/apt/archives/bind9-host_1%3a9.20.11-4_amd64.deb
/var/cache/apt/archives/bind9-libs_1%3a9.20.11-4_amd64.deb
/var/cache/apt/archives/openjdk-21-jre_21.0.8+9-1_amd64.deb
/var/cache/apt/archives/openjdk-21-jre-headless_21.0.8+9-1_amd64.deb
/var/cache/apt/archives/xserver-common_2%3a21.1.16-1.3_all.deb
/var/cache/apt/archives/xserver-xorg-core_2%3a21.1.16-1.3_amd64.deb
/var/cache/apt/archives/xserver-xorg-legacy_2%3a21.1.16-1.3_amd64.deb

which are simply the previous versions of the above packages.

I hope this sufficiently identifies the bug, or tell me if I've missed something, please.

Regards,
Elimork
