Dear Maintainer,

Please enable the panfrost vulkan driver (AKA panvk) with the next 25.0
upload. It has been enabled in the past, but got disabled again because
upstream did not yet wanted it to be shipped for 23.2. Things changed
and the driver is now considered production quality and enabled by
default on 25.0 on arm platforms (Debian overrides the defaults, hence
this bug report):
