Hi,

Whenever there is new mail the bell is always rung.  

Using the command line option `-volume 0' does not turn off the
bell, neither does setting the resource `XBiff.Mailbox.volume: 0'.

When using a value like 5 (for 5 percent), the volume of the bell
when it is rung is always the same (loud).

xbiff 1.0.4 has the fix, which was included in 7.7+8.
