I've seen that the MR was merged upstream, however it was merged on the
`master` branch only. It's not on the `server-21.1-branch`, therefore
it's not included in Debian version `2:21.1.14-1` that was released last
week.
For info, we included the patch in Kali Linux on month ago, no feedback
so far, meaning nobody reported a regression, but also meaning no
feedback from the person that initially reported the issue at
https://bugs.kali.org/view.php?id=8945.
