Package: xserver-xorg-core Version: 2:21.1.12-2 Severity: wishlist Tags: patch upstream X-Debbugs-Cc: noisycoil@tutanota.com Dear Maintainer, In order to work properly on Apple Silicon machines, the Xorg server needs a quirk which was merged to upstream's master branch [1] but was never backported to the server-21.1 branch. Back in February I opened an upstream issue [2], but I haven't heard from anyone since. Because of this, I'd like to ask if we could at least have the quirk backported to Debian as a patch. The patch is available from the upstream commit linked at [1]. Thank you very much.
