It was rejected because apparently a -1 upload is already there in the delayed 
queue:

/xcb-util-wm_0.4.2-1_source.changes is already present on target host:
6-day/xcb-util-wm_0.4.2.orig.tar.xz
Either you already uploaded it, or someone else came first.
Job xcb-util-wm_0.4.2-1_source.changes removed.

I assume that is yours and you used -1 instead of -0.1. Can you dcut that, so 
that my upload can be accepted?
