This bug can be closed.
I fresh installed Trixie and all works as usual, those failures were my fault because i increased the Windows partion while shrinked the linux one with gparted live.
I had same issues on Windows like MS Defender did't start and my OS refused to update and suggested me to reinstall Windows.......anyway i do not use win.
