Bug#1081941: wayland: bookworm-backports 1.23.0-1~bpo12+1 KDE plasma stop working/hard reset while using wayland-session

Package: libwayland-bin
Version: 1.21.0-1
Severity: important
File: wayland
X-Debbugs-Cc: xdavius@gmail.com

Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?

	- Have Debian KDE plasma installed
	- install bookworm-backports: 1.23.0-1~bpo12+1
	- Just installed, you cannot use the DE anymore in Plasma Session
	- Rebooting : KDE plasma launch with only black screen and pointer. Can't tgo to CLI, need hard reset.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?

	- Tried to rollback wayland stack unsuccessfully
	- Solve by deleting KF5*/QT5*/QML* packages, disable backports, reinstall KDE.
	- Tried my pacstall wayland package : Same issue
	- Tested Gnome, it works. Only KDE is affected

	- Tried to recompile kwin without success with debuild and new wayland-dev
	- Not tried to recompile plasma-workspace-wayland

   * What was the outcome of this action?

	- Just reinstall wayland 22 stack from Stable

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

	- Should works with last version of wayland
