Configure with "--enable-pty-erase"
Debian has been setting the initial value of ptyInitialErase to true
by patching XTerm.ad forever, however since xterm 316 this is actually
configurable. Now the xterm manpage also shows the correct default.

Remove old upstream SHA1 signing key C52048C0C0748FEE
Upstream switched to a newer key in July 2021, it would be rather
suspicious if he started to use the old key again. Remove it so that
we immediately notice if that ever happens.

Revert some spurious changes to RCS headers in the *.ad files
Many files in the xterm 382 tarball have odd and unintended changes in
their RCS revision, which are not seen in the upstream git repository
at https://github.com/ThomasDickey/xterm-snapshots. In a private mail
Thomas gave me a lengthy explanation how this happened, and it is
supposed to be corrected in xterm 383.
For most files we do not really care, but the *.ad files end up as
conffiles in the /etc/X11/app-defaults directory, so it seems
desirable to avoid unnecessary changes (and dpkg conffile prompts,
etckeeper commits) to those.

Drop alternate build-dependency on bsdmainutils
The bsdextrautils package is already available in oldstable, and there
is a small lintian nag:
I: xterm source: ored-build-depends-on-obsolete-package Build-Depends: bsdmainutils (<< 12.1.1~) => bsdextrautils and/or ncal
