Bug#1010160: x11-xkb-utils: setxkbmap -layout cz_qwerty loads layout which fails with a particular dead-key combination

Thanks. I figured out that this is actually minor problem as I can avoid dead caron
altogether, as caps lock works with ů (for some reason I was mislead by
seing the character " on top of the key ů, but of course caps lock is not
identical to the shift key).

So although I still consider this bug in the layout, its fairly minor
and if we close this as wontfix, it's not big deal.
