Having tested a Feb 9 with UEFI boot, it seems that the reason that I
had set `-vga virtio` in the first place was that UEFI boots were already
failing with `-vga std`.

I just tried `-vga vmware` and `-vga qxl` and they both seem to work, so
it's just `virtio` that's broken recently, and if anyone else has been
bitten by this they can probably use `qxl` instead.

Cheers, Phil.
