Hi!

On Intel UHD 620 Graphics, mesa produces texture flickering and
corruption, which was become unbearable with the latest 21.3.x
releases. I think these were also present in 21.2.x, but not as
prominently.

Upstream has a MR (not yet merged) which seems to fix the issue for
me (I built the latest mesa packages from sid with that patch).

I'd be nice if this could be included.
