I don't think anyone ever tested this. The merge request adds

 if [ -d /etc/X11/Xsession.options.d ]; then  
     run-parts --list --regex '\.conf$' /etc/X11/Xsession.options.d  
 fi  

to OPTIONS=$(…) in Xsession, so OPTIONS then contains all options from /etc/X11/Xsession.options and all filenames from /etc/X11/Xsession.options.d/, which is not what is documented in the manual page. It needs an additional | xargs cat, or cat $(run-parts …) or something like that to work.

Shall I send a patch or can you folks fix this?
