  x11-common: Stop passing unsupported parameters to update-rc.d
  
  update-rc.d has been warning that:
  
  update-rc.d: warning: start and stop actions are no longer supported; falling back to defaults
  
  and these parameters were redundant with the LSB header.
  
  Closes: #785076
