Bug#962814: /usr/bin/glxgears: glxgears crashes with segmentation fault
Package: mesa-utils
Version: 8.4.0-1+b1
Severity: important
File: /usr/bin/glxgears
Dear Maintainer,
After last update glxgears begun to crash with segmentation fault error:
$ glxgears
Running synchronized to the vertical refresh. The framerate should be
approximately the same as the monitor refresh rate.
Segmentation fault
I also have segfaults when trying to start other software which uses GPUs (for example mpv).
I suppose that the latest update of mesa to the version 20.0.7-1 might be the reason of this.
My GPU is:
