Bug#930027: x11-common: Can't login to x (solution)
Package: x11-common
Version: 1:7.7+19
Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
Couldn't login to X after buster apt xserver upgrade.
Solution was to log in as root and do:
#nano /etc/X11/Xwrapper.config
Replace:
needs_root_rights=yesallowed_users=anybody
With:
needs_root_rights=yes
allowed_users=anybody
And press CTRL+ O to save.
After rebooting all was fine.
