Bug#929451: linking shaders twice fails, fixed by rebuilding the package

I figured out why a rebuild helped; it's a shader cache problem,
and Mesa's shader cache is keyed (among others) on the build ID.

Unfortunately, even after clearing the shader cache, I can provoke these
issues with a bit of work. So something is corrupting the shader cache.
