Bug#928215: Mention where are the rates listed
Package: x11-xserver-utils
Version: 7.7+8
Severity: wishlist
File: /usr/share/man/man1/xrandr.1.gz
-q, --query
When this option is present, or when no configuration changes are requested, xrandr will display the current state of the system.
OK, but also do mention what that consists of, else e.g., the user who
wants to use --rate won't know that in:
1920x1080 60.00 + 59.96 59.93
1680x1050 69.88 59.95 59.88
1600x1024 60.17
1400x1050 74.76 70.00 59.98
1600x900 59.95 59.82*
1280x1024 75.02 60.02
75.02 etc. are the rates.
Also change:
> If invoked without any option, it will dump the state of the outputs, showing the existing modes for each of them...
< If invoked without any option or with --query, it will dump the state of the outputs, showing the existing modes for each of them...
