After upgrading my Debian SID today, firefox-esr and chromium both
fallback from a French AZERTY keyboard to a QWERTY keyboard.
My locale is set to French with UTF-8:

Chromium and Firefox-esr are the only applications which fall back to
QUERTY keyboard. All other applications are working well, except Odoo
(but it relies on HTML).
I suspect something was broken during the Debian SID upgrade. I don't
know why both Chromium and Firefox-esr are affected. Could be a common
library.
